When it comes to my hair, I am pretty low maintenance. I don’t use a lot of products. I spend so much time on my makeup that it leaves me with no time to spend on my hair! My favorite products are simple and affordable. 🙂

I came across this shampoo and conditioner at Walmart. I have always liked Dove products so I decided to give it a try. I am so glad that I did. I love this shampoo and conditioner! My hair is naturally thin & brittle and it breaks off very easily. It also has some bleach damage. During the winter months my hair gets extremely dry! Using hot tools makes it even worse. I try to stay away from curling irons, straighteners, and a hair dryer as much as possible. Since I have been using this shampoo and conditioner, I have seen a big difference in my hair. It feels smoother and looks healthier!

Dove STYLE+care Dry Shampoo Invigorating • $5.29

Dry shampoo is my hero. Let’s face it, washing your hair every single day is exhausting, annoying, and it’s not good for your hair. Sometimes I get busy and I just don’t have time to wash it. This dry shampoo by Dove is AMAZING. It removes all of the oil in my hair and gives it lots of volume. When I use this product my hair looks and smells great. It looks like I just washed it! I try to go at least 1-2 days without washing my hair and this stuff makes it possible. Instead of using this product in the morning, try spraying it in your hair before bed, that way it will soak up the oil during your sleep and you’ll wake up with fresh hair!

I used to use CHI Silk Infusion Reconstructing Complex Trial Size – 2oz • Chi • $13.19 a few years ago and I loved it. I ran out and never repurchased it until recently. Now that I have been using it again, I can definitely tell a difference. My hair is soft and shiny! I love that it is a leave in treatment. I can just rub a drop into my hair and it will reconstruct my locks throughout the day. Super easy and it works! Try not to put much at the top of your head because it can make your hair oily. I apply it to the ends of my hair and work it up about halfway and I stop before I get to my roots.

Nature’s Way EfaGold Coconut Oil, Pure Extra Virgin • $13.49

Coconut oil is wonderful and can be used for MANY things including hair. At least once a week I heat about 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and pour it onto my hair. I flip my head over and massage the oil into my scalp and work it all the way down through my hair until it is completely soaked. I put my hair into a shower cap and I sleep with the oil in my hair overnight. Doing this treatment 1-2 times a week will help your hair grow, reconstruct damage and split ends, and it will keep your hair shiny and soft! There are many hair treatments out there, but this one is all natural and affordable. You get way more product for your money and of course it’s a huge plus that it can be used for so many different things. I have seen way more results by using coconut oil in my hair than using any other hair treatments.
