SELF CARE ON A BUDGET // THREE EASY DIY FACE MASKS YOU SHOULD BE MAKING AT HOME WITH INGREDIENTS FROM YOUR KITCHEN

Self care doesn’t always mean you have to spend hundreds of dollars on products. You could be taking care of your skin at home with simple ingredients that you probably already have in your kitchen, and if not, they are all totally affordable at your local grocery store. 

I am a believer in face masks. I think that we should all do them weekly to achieve our best looking skin, and to feel good. There is something about applying a face mask that just makes you feel so refreshed and boujee. Today I am teaching you how to be boujee on a budget with a few simple DIY face masks that will transform your skin!

  • 1 TEASPOON TUMERIC 

  • 3 TABLESPOONS MILK

  • 1 TEASPOON HONEY

  • 1/2 RIPE AVOCADO

  • 1 TEASPOON PLAIN ORGANIC YOGURT 

  • 1 TEASPOON HONEY

  • 1 EGG WHITE

  • 1 TEASPOON FRESH LEMON JUICE

  • 1/2 TEASPOON HONEY

 

HOW TO:

  • MIX INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN A BOWL AND APPLY TO SKIN. LEAVE ON 15-20 MINUTES, THEN REMOVE WITH WARM WATER.
